Presenting a fresh visual identity for the Talent Council that perfectly conveys its mission to bring real and lasting change to the workplace by helping start-up businesses, companies and active candidates build diverse teams and create a community that supports and promotes the brightest talent, who or wherever you are.
The ingeniously crafted symbol seamlessly integrates the initial letters of the brand's name with a single, fluid stroke. This resultant emblem pays homage to the core of the brand - placing Talent at the heart of the council. The symbol permeates the entire identity system, manifesting not only in its standalone form but also replicated to form captivating patterns and textures that extend across various mediums such as the website, print materials, and signage. Complementing this, style-scapes were meticulously developed as visual references, serving as a guiding beacon for the evolution of the organisation's outward aesthetic.
This endeavour was successfully realised during my tenure as the Head of Design at Inco Creative, working collaboratively with the Founder and Managing Director of The Talent Council.
